Our Professional Sealcoat Application Process

Once you hire R & G Paving for a professional sealcoating service, we'll asses which method is best for your asphalt surface. Depending on your specific driveway or parking lot, we may use pressurized spray equipment, self-propelled squeegee machines, or hand squeegees to apply the sealcoat.

Rest assured that we'll take care of the entire process from start to finish. Before applying the sealcoat, we'll make sure the surface is completely clean using dry sweeping methods and/or blowers. Once the surface is properly prepared, we'll apply the sealcoat, and that's it! Most surfaces require two coats which take 24-48 hours to cure. After that time, you can drive and park on the surface once again.
